Do you repair appliances that are still under manufacturer warranty?
Check your warranty terms first. Many manufacturers require repairs to be done by their authorised service providers, and unauthorised repairs can affect cover. We do not claim to be an authorised service centre for any manufacturer.
Can you fix an appliance that has already been repaired by someone else?
Often yes. Tell us what was done and when, and what is still wrong. Previous repair notes, receipts or part names are very useful.
How do I know if repair or replacement makes more sense?
It depends on the fault, the appliance's age and the cost of the repair compared with a replacement. After an inspection we can explain the options honestly. Some faults, such as a clogged filter or a worn door seal, are clearly worth repairing; others are a closer call.
Do you offer emergency repairs?
