The quickest ways to reach us

Phone and WhatsApp are the fastest routes. Both use the same number: +973 3882 2924. The form on this page prepares your request so you do not have to type it twice: it opens WhatsApp with your details already written, ready for you to press send.

What to include in your message

The more precisely you describe the fault, the more useful our first reply can be.

  • The applianceAir conditioner (split, window or central), refrigerator, washing machine or electric stove.
  • Make and modelUsually on a label on the side or back of the unit, inside the door or on the indoor unit's casing. A photo is ideal.
  • What is happeningFor example "the AC blows warm air", "water is leaking under the fridge" or "one stove burner stays cold".
  • When it startedSuddenly, gradually, or after a power cut or a recent move.
  • Your areaManama, Muharraq, Riffa, Hamad Town, Isa Town, Juffair, Seef or elsewhere in Bahrain.

If something looks dangerous

Switch the appliance off at its isolator or plug if you can reach it safely, and stay clear if you see smoke, sparks, a burning smell, or water near electrical parts. If you smell gas, do not touch switches or flames, open windows, leave the area and contact the gas supplier or the emergency services. Then contact us about the repair once it is safe.

Where we work

We take requests from Manama, Muharraq, Riffa, Hamad Town, Isa Town, Juffair and Seef. Not sure whether your address is covered? Ask us.

Contact FAQs

Do you have a shop or office I can visit?

We do not list a walk-in address on this website. Please contact us by phone or WhatsApp first so we can arrange the right next step for your appliance.

What happens after I send the form?

Your request opens in WhatsApp with your details already written. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp. We use your details only to deal with your request. See the privacy policy.

Can I send photos or a video?

Yes, and we encourage it. Send them by WhatsApp after you contact us. A video of the noise, the error code or the leak often tells us more than a paragraph of description.

Can I ask for advice without booking a repair?

You can always describe your problem and ask what we think is going on. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot judge from a description.
